Can't setup apple music app!!

okay so a few hours ago I updated to ios 8.4, and I can't configure the apple music app! When I opened it the first time there wasn't the usual Apple music logo as on the photos but it directed me right in the app.also, I can't play any music now, it just stays on 0 seconds.And when i press to go and add username and name the done button is just gray!
