8.4 update playlist won't do into phone

I lost all my songs and playlist out of my phone with the 8.4 update, and all the ringtones I purchased with other applications as well. I tried to resync. I've deleted the playlist, recreated them and resynced and nothing works. I've tried everything with no luck. Any suggestions? I have a 6 Plus.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.4

LOL. I tried everything I know to do for 4 hours. That's why I'm here. Maybe somebody can help. Does Apple actually come here and offer help?
