Apple music on my iPhone does not sync with my macbook air.

I just got apple music and have downloaded lots of songs on my iPhone. But when I go to my macbook air and look in my music nothing that is on my iPhone is on my mac. Does the new apple music sync songs from your iPhone to your computer or do you have to download each and every song again on my computer?
