Jul 1, 2015 1:02 AM in response to davidetonyby ElChyeah,I'm having the exact same problem. iCloud music library working fine on iPhone and iPad but completely broken on iTunes on both my iMac and my macbook. Very frustrating

Jul 1, 2015 2:52 AM in response to davidetonyby danebezcapetown,I'm having the same problem on my Mid 2011 MacBook Pro 15 inch, latest Yosemite. I was using iTunes Match, but I downloaded all my music and discontinued it before it could auto-renew. I think updated my Mac and subscribed to Apple Music (family).

Jul 1, 2015 3:09 AM in response to danebezcapetownby Movielad,If this is a case that iTunes Match is interfering with things, it would be lovely if Apple could allow us to disable it via iTunes 12.2. But ALAS! we can't - it's an all or nothing toggle. I've submitted a support request via email to see what's what.

Jul 1, 2015 4:10 AM in response to Movieladby ElChyeah,I don't even have iTunes match yet mine is still completely broken. When I login to a family members account their iCloud music library loads fine yet I get the error every time on iTunes

Jul 1, 2015 5:21 AM in response to davidetonyby richardaustin,Yes I also have this. Apple Chat not interested they just disconnect on me - three different sessions all aborted. Is there a way to submit a support ticket if call centre staff aren't interested in helping?
Anyway - I started hearting hundreds of tracks this morning in iTunes to improve recommendations and I think that's when it died on me. Since then, any changes that are made on other devices are not synced to iTunes including new songs/albums added. Also none of the tracks I hearted or rated this morning carried over to Apple Music (on iOS devices). So I think it's possible (in my case) this may have started the issue for me and caused the whole thing to fall apart.

Jul 7, 2016 8:27 AM in response to davidetonyby userremoved,Same issue here...started yesterday evening, worked for a bit this morning and now it is doing the same thing in iTunes on Mac...iOS seems to work fine however, can add to library, like tracks, and download offline just fine.

Jul 1, 2015 6:14 AM in response to davidetonyby Buckethead57,★HelpfulOne solution which worked for me is to sign out of Apple Music/iTunes and then back in again.

Jul 1, 2015 6:15 AM in response to davidetonyby jhbrd,Yes, and it's very annoying. It happened suddenly and now I can't add any music from Apple Music to My Music.

Jul 1, 2015 6:18 AM in response to Buckethead57by richardaustin,Tried signing in and out a dozen times and it makes no difference for me. I always end up at the "Unable to access your iCloud Music Library" error after it finishes trying to sync up and match my items.

Jul 1, 2015 6:25 AM in response to richardaustinby Buckethead57,Have you tried going to iTunes Store, click on iTunes Match on the right-hand side of the screen and then click on 'Add this computer'?

Jul 1, 2015 6:36 AM in response to Buckethead57by richardaustin,Yep that makes no difference for me either. Thanks for the suggestions though. I'm hoping it's an issue related to a server my data is stored on, and not an account-specific issue triggered by my actions.
