Jul 1, 2015 12:14 PM in response to davidetonyby Tim Baker,I took a quick video of the problem I'm having (where I'll add albums to My Music or songs to playlist) and nothing happens. Is this what you all experienced that is starting to work (for some)?

Jul 1, 2015 1:38 PM in response to userremovedby Movielad,Mine started working too - for about 20 minutes. Added five albums via iTunes 12.2, then the thing conked out again. iOS devices are absolutely fine. I can add tracks and albums without any issues at all.
I've tried logging in and out of iCloud within OS X, killing off processes (iTunes Helper), and shutting down anything that could interfere, but nope. I've been instructed to call AppleCare, but they're now closed. ;(
I reckon it's some obscure DRM related issue - I can't think of anything else because when you log off and log back in iTunes, it does a comparison against the iCloud Music library YET the **** thing says it can't access it for Apple Music related stuff.
Just as a matter of interest - does anybody here have older iTunes music purchased from the iTunes Store that still has DRM attached to it?

Jul 1, 2015 3:00 PM in response to Grytrby Movielad,Ah, but how long after that will it stop working? Curious to know for those whose iTunes start working again whether it remains working, or whether after a certain time (or number of album/track additions via Apple Music) does the problem re-occur.

Jul 1, 2015 6:06 PM in response to davidetonyby davidetony,Well Spoke too soon, I started requesting my albums to be available offline and then it stopped working again. If this is going to continue, I am just going to cancel my subscription to Apple Music and keep Spotify.

Jul 1, 2015 7:21 PM in response to davidetonyby taborbrown,Ya, I think that's were my problem was too. I just reset my iCloud info and logged out and then back in and it seems to be working for me again. I had to change my iCloud/account password to do it though. Not sure if that was what finally did it or not, but I'm back.

Jul 1, 2015 8:54 PM in response to davidetonyby TheInfamousGdub,I also have this issue. I wonder whether it has something to do with iCloud accounts and not simply iCloud Music. I went to system preferences and noticed that my iCloud storage information is shown as not available.
One question—do any of you have two-factor authentication enabled? I don't remember being asked to authorize from another device when I set up iTunes 12.2, so I wonder if the issue is related. Of course, that's a long shot.
