Jul 13, 2015 1:25 AM in response to davidetonyby danebezcapetown,I can confirm that it now works fully on my personal Macbook Pro, but still NOT on my work MacBook Pro (I can only play music, not add anything to my library or see my own songs from my other machine). BUT instead of "Unable to access your iCloud Music Library" I get "Unable to access your iTunes purchases". This even after being logged out of the store on this machine over the weekend.
On the positive side, it looks like my existing library on my personal machine did not need to be re-uploaded to the cloud as the iCloud status for each song is "Uploaded" or "Matched" (same as in iTunes Match). I switched off iTunes Match before 30 June and started Apple Music on 1 July.

Jul 15, 2015 6:28 PM in response to danebezcapetownby jeffpaolone,I Have a suggestion for everyone. I totalled up the number of tracks I had in my library that were either matched or uploaded (the iCloud status) and I had 24,997 tracks. When I added 3 tracks the library would work fine. If I tried to add four or a full album it would give the unable to access error. Once I deleted a bunch of tracks, and restarted iTunes, things seem to be working. I am figuring I can add albums and tracks as long as I don't bump up to the 25k limit.
give it a shot

Jul 21, 2015 5:21 PM in response to davidetonyby Bats_7,I just wanted to post that I was having the same issue and what worked for me was quitting iTunes for a few hours and coming back. I think I only left iTunes closed for about 2-3 hours tops.
I hope this helps others.

Aug 9, 2015 9:11 AM in response to Bats_7by Tony Durrant,I realise this is an old thread, but the problem still existed for me - I could download one album, but then have to wait about 30 minutes before I can download another. With a 6000 item library, that would take an age.
My workaround was to switch to the Songs view (rather than Albums, which I had been using), wait for the songs to not be greyed out, then select all the ones that I want to download, right click, and select the Offline option. I have downloaded a few thousand tracks in one go.
Still needs fixing , but this worked around the problem for me.

Aug 13, 2015 6:37 AM in response to davidetonyby Easton94,I am having this issue constantly, usually if i log in or out on itunes it will fix it....but not today. i have the broken icloud symbol and nothing fixes it, the theory of Apple Music seems good but the execution is poor. Bout time to reactivate that Spotify account it appears, I don't have time to spend hours on the phone with an Apple tech to fix this.

Aug 29, 2015 7:09 AM in response to davidetonyby lawboffin,Hi Guys,
I had this exact problem and it was driving me nuts. After hours of research I was able to work out that my issue was related to my recent upgrade to Windows 10. The problem was the inbuilt firewall which was preventing uploads. If you turn if off it fixes the issue, however the permanent solution I fond was as below.
Follow the steps given below to reset Winsock.
a) Press Windows key + X, select Command Prompt (Admin)
b) Type “netsh winsock reset” in the Command Prompt shell, and then press the Enter key.
c) Restart the computer.
I was then able to upload and also iTunes could then connect to my iCloud Music Library.
Hope this helps.

Sep 8, 2015 1:34 PM in response to satchkingby gent99,Not solved for me!!!
I've got a family plan, did not stream from multiple devices and even get this error. Seems that the apple senior representative you talked to, did not have a clue what's really going on. But it must have been a good sales representative.
Still not solved. Have it for two days now.
Regards to all

Sep 24, 2015 8:09 AM in response to gent99by s1m0nize,I was having the same issue. I figured out how to fix it. In my specific situation it was because I only subscribed to the single membership. My Apple Music App was open on my iphone. I was trying to access my library on my desktop and was getting the issue of it not being able to connect. If you close the apple music app on your other devices (such as my iphone) then it allowed me to connect. I had to double press the home button on my iphone and actually close it that way.

Jun 21, 2016 5:02 AM in response to davidetonyby hannaibrahem, and i keep getting this message as well
the playlist "new songs" can't be added to your iCloud Music Library.
iCloud Music Library playlist can only include music from your iCloud Music Library. this playlist can't be uploaded because it includes other media kinds or songs that are not eligible. and its doing this to all my playlist
