What is the wish list from AppStore?

Paid apps you intent to get. It's like a shopping list.

And to elaborate a bit further onto what Bob states, you cannot add Free (or "Get") apps to your wish list.

Edit: He did mention "Paid apps" so that would of course exclude the Free (or "Get") apps. 😉
