Cannot Make or Receive Phone calls on Macpro

Usually, I am able to make and receive calls on Macpro.


After I connect to vpn (I use the Cisco Anyconnect client), then I am unable to make or receive calls on macpro.


Do any one has a work around or fix for this issue.
