I'd like to create a form that can compare previous cells

What can I do let the cell comes red when I input a same text contains?

This does not do exactly what you want. It places red fill in another column
Formula in B2 (and Fill Down)
=COUNTIF(A,A2)

Thanks for reminding
There's 2 Formula in B, C
Column B using COUNTIF to counting duplicated contains
Column C " If verify > 1 shows "X" Else "(empty)"
and also in Column C using highlight when text is "X" fill Red
In the End
Just hide Column B
