Live Currency Update in Numbers

Hey guys! I've been looking around the web for a way to get live currency updates in Numbers. Unfortunately I learned that numbers doesn't support this feature and that you have to use Apple Script (Which I'm completely new to as well as anything related to programing) to get this done. So far all I can do is create a service and set random values to a table cell. I'm trying to grab currency data from XE Currency http://www.xe.com/zh-HK/currencytables/?from=USD

Does anyone know how I can get this done?
