I'm using iOS 8.1.3 on iPhone 6 plus and I can't see the iOS 8.4 update on my phone. It sees iOS 8.3 update instead. I've never done jailbrake or anything similar to that. What should I do?

Thanks, I can see the iOS 8.4 update from my back up computer. I'll update it as soon as I get my main computer. But still I can't that update from my phone. I'd like to have it fixed if there's a solution
8.3 may have already been downloaded to the phone, but not installed. To delete it:
1 Go to Settings > General > Usage > Manage Storage > let list populate
2 Select “iOS 8.3.”
3 Tap Delete Update, and tap Delete Update again to confirm.
Once 8.3 is deleted, 8.4 will show under Software Update.
