recovered 3 of 4 videos, where's the 4th???

I foolishly deleted videos on my iPad from the "recently deleted" folder without downloading them to my computer. I had them backed up in the iCloud, but the action I took deleted them from the Cloud and my iPhone. I had not been backing either device up via iTunes. I used the commonly suggested recovery apps such as the Wondershare product .. and was able to find 3 videos and restore them. However, there was one that was made at the same time that I could not find. I also reset the iPad using the backup restore closest to the date the videos were made, but that did not turn up the 4th video

Any suggestions?? I had watched the video on my Mac.. would there be a hidden file for it somewhere?
