Recover my Apple ID

i had iphone 4 s buying it as new one , and I give it to my doughter , so I make her a new Apple ID , and I make my email as rescue email for her , now she make something that make her iphone 4 s disabled ,and she forget her aplle ID and her password , but still I have the rescue email , how can I recover her Apple ID and her password starting from the rescue email , or can I activate the iphone 4 s using the first apple ID USED TO ACTIVATE IPHONE FOR FIRST TIME ,
