iPad 3 gen Model A1430

Hello guys,

i have an iPad 3rd gen model A1430 WIFI+Cellular, bought in Italy who run under network H3G.

I subscrived the offer for 4G navigation but iPad does not run in 4G but only in 3G.

Is there a version of this model who run only in 3G sold in Italy ?
