Control Apple Music on device with another one ?

I also have this problem, the remote app does fix this in the way that you can control music on another device, but the design is completely different than the music app, and is annoying to switch to. Definitely not one of the better features of apple. Spotify 1 apple music 0.

That’s what I did exactly. But now I miss the lyrics from Apple Music...

here it is 2017 and Apple Music has no basic solution like Spotify. I signed up for their 3 month free trial and it took me a good 45 minutes to navigate and get it up and running on all Apple devices. What a joke!

Spotify has some issues, with me, around midnight no matter the connection i have to quit and reopen the app as it makes the music skip, like the old days of an LP record.

Also when I reconnect it does not recognize my internet connection, I have all the latest and greatest. But I got used to spotify and will more than likely switch back after the end of the 3 month trial with Apple.

Unless Apple Music fix this issue soon I'm going to be back with Spotify . I really hope someone in Apple is reading this conversation about the functionality disadvantages that Apple has facing a Spotify.

Im very exited for Apple music, but I'm heavily dug in with Spotify. This feature is VERY important to me. I don't have Apple TV and am more often than not using phones and iPads to control my Spotify (logging in on friends devices makes this feature even more powerful when you're out of the house with only one device). Will Apple's Remote app provide this functionality, or is it mainly for macs and Apple tvs?

ALos, I haven't dug far enough into Apple music yet, but can I make my playlists collaboratibe (like in Spotify) so my friends can add songs to them without me?

Thanks, but this is not really what I want. With spotify I have my iphone / ipod connected to a Bose soundock and control music from my computer while working. I think this is not possible from remote right?

I have this question too - i need to control the Apple Music played by my iMac vvia iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch - please update Remote - because that doesn't do the job as it only lets you control your Library music - thx!!!
