Problem with subtitles for YouTube 3rd GEN

When I play the YouTube video on the Apple TV itself, subtitle is available

But when I AirPlay the YouTube video from my iPhone 6 Plus, no matter what I do, the subtitle will not show? Is this just my device? Should I do an exchange? Or everyone has the same problem?
