I Can't download and update any app from app store

i signed out my account and rebooted my ipad but still i cann't dl or update any app from app store, please help me

Is you credit card still valid, what error messages are you getting?

I Download free apps, doesn't need any credit card, every thing seems to be ok, but the circle beside app rounds and rounds but doesn't download

Hi

You still need a payment card set up.

Go to itunes bottom of page sign out sign back in.
