Guys please i need help like seriously,am so frustrated and this has gone on for over 2 months,my phone hangs like 5-10 times a day even when no app is open,it also restarts on its own now atleast 7 times daily making life so bad for me,connecting to wifi is a problem and when it finally connects it keeps disconnecting and some times i stay 2 days without connecting to wifi,,someone should please help me

Reset your network settings.
Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings
Reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
have done this over 50 times but i still have same problem
You may try to restore, restore as new. Backup all your data before doing this.
Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
You can also schedule genius appointment at the Apple Store.
so if i restore as new wont i loose my documents and files?
Restoring as new completely removes data from the iPhone that is why you should backup your data before doing this. Please read the article carefully. I would suggest to take your iPhone to the Apple Store.
