Beats1 doesn't work as an Australian in Hungary

It's not clear from the help page, about what happens when your account is linked to a country that support all the Apple Music and Beats1 features, what when I travel to another country or am an expat living in another country - that doesn't support some of the features.

For example, even though my account in set up as Australian, because I am physically in Hungary, Beats1 doesn't work. It gives me a "The operation could not be completed. An unknown error occurs (403)" which isn't helpful as all. All other radio stations continue to work as they always have though.

I'm now a little hesitant to sign up to Apple Music because of a potential similar issue - though I see Apple Music is supported in Hungary and Australia so I should be fine.

Thoughts? Any clarification?

Oh, is that the reason? I'm an expat living in Hungary, too. And of course, my Apple ID is Finnish by origin because it's my home-country. But I TRULY hope I get the entitled access to the Beats1 soon.

I was thinking it's a bug of sorts. I get the exact same message as you, and can't even access the Beats1 playlists, except on my phone (just the playlists...).
