My itune account info page is blackened out and itunes is not working properly

For the past few days the itunes store does not work. The icons are wrong.. there is no where on the page to pay etc and also if I go to my account info the page is black.


I have downloaded the newest version of itunes. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled a few times but nothing changes. Has anyone else had these problems? Thanks
