How to exclude files from mobile home sync

I've got a couple of files that always generate an error when the mobile home sync process runs, they are both lock files used by SpiderOak, so I really don't care if they get synced or not, but they do cause the sync process to fail. The files are:

~/Library/Application Support/SpiderOak/oakSpiderOak.lock

~/Library/Application Support/SpiderOak/spiderSpiderOak.lock

Is there any way I can exclude these files from the sync process?
