with the iOS 8.4 i don't find any option to itunes match. in itunes my library it's ok, but on my iphone 6 i have only the songs loaded and not the songs combined!
and in itunes 12.2 there aren't any options for itunes match! i'm not speak very well english sorry,i'm italian, but i need help now! i have to resolve this problem for work!

I tunes match 12.2 on pc is in > file > library > update icloud music library
once this is done there is a round update circle similar to updating apps on right hand side of bar
click this and it shows what is updating ...not really good really apple
hi on iphone 6 turn on itunes match by doing
settings->music->icloud music library on
on PC or MAC you can find itunes match at
open itunes->itunes store->
on right side you will see itunes match. you can turn on from there

I had the same issue!!!
It is a simple fix.
On your iDevice, open the Music App.
Click on the text where it says Artist (it is the drop down where you can select how you want to view your music).
Then scroll up so you can see the bottom of the list, and turn off the 'Show Music Available Offline' option.
i don't see the itunes match on the right side of itunes store:

I have this problem too. My iPhone 6 (8.4) has no option to turn iTunes Match on or off in Settings > Music.
My girlfriend's iPhone 6 (8.4) has an option to turn it on/off.
We're both subscribed to Apple Music (using a family plan) and we both have iCloud Music Library set to On.
I can also see no option in iTunes 12.2 (Mac) to turn Match on or off...
Se ho capito bene tu hai sia musica in locale che su iCloud/iTunes Match, la vedi tutta su iTunes mentre in Musica su iPhone ne vedi solo una parte. Giusto? Se è così prova per prima cosa ad aggiornare iTunes Match da iTunes > File > Libreria > Aggiorna iCloud Music Library. In quel modo tutto ciò che hai su iTunes rifinirà, se non c'era del tutto, su iTunes Match. Ogni tanto è bene aggiornarlo...ora è finito lì si gestisce da lì. Dopodiché in Musica assicurati che l'opzione "mostra brani disponibili offline" sia deselezionata, altrimenti vedrai solamente la musica in locale senza ciò che hai in iCloud/iTunes Match. Assicurati anche che iCloud Music Library sia attiva iTunes > Preferenze > Generale. Su iPhone > Impostazioni > Musica. Se è tutto settato così non vedo perché tu non debba avere tutto anche su iPhone!
