Apple Music - Family Account - Needs option for teenagers to be able to pay themselves not parent!!

It is not logical for one person to pay for all purchases when you have teenagers!! They already pay for their own purchases via gift cards - when will Apple set up Family Sharing that is for families who can't all pay via one card - but would like to share content within family?

Family Membership on Apple Music - yet again a let down by Apple because of this!

I can't be the only one that needs this making 'Teenage' friendly??
