Iphone 6 wont give me the option to have different home screen and lockscreen wallpapers. Help!

I got the phone 6 about 3 months ago and previously had the iphone 5 which let me choose if i wanted a photo to be my homescreen or lockscreen wallpaper. This one doesnt give me the option and makes one photo my wallpaper for both my lock and homescreen. I have went to my settings & looked under wallpaper & had no luck, what do i do to change it so that i have an option. Thanks
