my ipad is disabled i tried the above steps posted switch off and then restore thru Itunes but at certain time it shows to check my intrenet settings and disconnects
but my intrenet is working and has a good speed other devices are working please help me

If the iPad is disabled, follow the steps for attaching to a computer running iTunes by using the recovery mode: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212
Try the recovery mode and make sure your Wi-Fi connection is working fine.
Turn your device off, then plug it to your computer with the home button pressed. You will need to have iTunes installed on this computer. Keep the Home button pressed until you see the iTunes logo on the screen of your iPhone. After that on your computer you should see the iTunes window saying your iPhone needs to be restored to factory settings. Click on the restore button.
