403 Forbidden nginx on developer.apple.com: Chrome (but not Safari)

Hi,

I can visit developer.apple.com on Safari but not Chrome browser...It's weird. (Later on I'll need to look up info like API etc. on this website on Chrome so I'd better get it right). Googled similar questions but not help me...

Can anybody help me?

Using: Yosemite 10.10.3 and newest version of Chrome.

Someone said it is because "Apple only supports Safari." -- I am serious, but is this true?
