My iPhone was updating to the new update .. & it came back with a black screen saying connect to iTunes.. But it won't recognize my iPhone.. Please help..

If you got the screen with the image of the USB cable saying to connect to iTunes it has already entered recovery mode and all data have already been erased. So there is nothing to lose by completing the recovery mode restore with iTunes.
It will not tell my anything on iTunes.. I tried that link... Nothing works.
If the recovery mode steps don't work, then there isn't much left but to take it to an Apple store genius bar and get the techs to connect it to there system.
