My Apps wont update-iPod 5 gen

I had just got my new iPod in April, i was so excited. But just a month ago i started having problems with updating some of my many apps. I will try to update them, it will then ask for my iTunes password, i enter it in and then it says that its incorrect. Even thought just a couple of minutes later i had bought a game and used the exact same password. And even sometimes it will let me update the app, but the it will ask me to update it again to the exact same update. Can someone please help me with my problem.

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and sign out and sign back in

- Download on computer and sync

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore from backup. See:

Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
