Is there away to gain access to my apple id account if i lost my pas z word as nd do not have access tothe email?

You should be able to reset its password by answering the account's security questions on http://iforgot.apple.com . If you can't then try contacting Support in your country and see if they can reset it (they will need to confirm your id and that it's your account) : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security

If they do reset it you can then change the primary email address to an account that you have access to : Change your Apple ID - Apple Support
