When I first got this 13" Retina MacBook Pro 11.1 late 2014, it took only a few second to boot until the Apple logo appear. Now it takes at least around 30 seconds until the Apple appear.
I tried to remove all login items, reset PRAM and SMC and those didn't help.
Should I try to reinstall the OS or send it to Apple service?

I only have "Macintosh HD" partition so I think OS X will automatically select that one as a default.
By the way I tried to set "Macintosh HD" as the startup disk and restart to test it but it doesn't work. Still take at least 30 second until the Apple logo appear.
Also sometimes it looks like my rMBP booting twice sometime. When I press power, there're booting sound twice.
I took it to Apple Care service and found that my IO board is malfunction. So they replace it with a new one and now it works
