Dear all,
I'd like to update my iPhone to iOS8.4 but I can't lose sync functionality to iTunes 12.0.1.26 as this is on my work computer and there I can't update myself (company restrictions). I had the issue when updating from iOS7 to iOS8 whereas I will update only when it's clear I can still sync.

Did you upgrade your iPhone to iOS8.4 and still synchronises well with the old iTunes 12.0.1.26?
By the way, do you synchtonize eveything: Calendars, Contacts, Notes, Apps, Music files and Pictures; or only some of them?

Hi,yes iPhone on iOS8.4 is synced to iTunes 12.0..1.26. I do sync Contacts and Calendar only, Music I sync at home with my private computer.
May I ask you against which PC app do you sync your iPhone Calendars/Contacts? Maybe Outlook?
Correct. Outlook contacts and calendar. That works well also for contacts from "Scannable" (Evernote) to Outlook.
