iPhone 5S in bootloop after reset! Please Help!

Hi!

I was trying to do a clean install of ios 8.4 and I wanted to reset my iPhone (on ios 8.3). I had low battery, but I went into settings and reset anyways. Now my phone is in a boot loop! Can anyone help me? I'm trying to download the software (I'm on the latest iTunes) and it downloaded to 100% and then said error and it was deleted. I'm on really slow internet too. (1.75 Mb/s) PLEASE HELP ME 😢
