Curser moved but no click have to restart.

All of a sudden my Curser keep doing nothing,

it changed shape from pointer to wanting to type text. OR IT WILL MOVE , BUT NOT DO ANYTHING like clicking or moving widows.

MacBook Pro, iOS 5.1, Lion 8 gb ram Custom HD screen. 750
