Liquid spilled on my keyboard, some of the keys won't work

Unless you have addressed the spill immediately, the problem is going to fixed by replacing a number of parts and it is going to be expensive. Make an appointment at an Apple store genius bar for a free evaluation. Macs and liquids do not mix well.

What liquid? With water there is hope that drying will resolve the problem. If something like soda then parts replacement is likely required.
