If you're trying through Disk Utility you cant. You need to do this though boot camp.

Jul 1, 2015 11:15 AM in response to BFCAby Csound1,You may only have 4 partitions if you use Boot Camp. Windows needs 2 and OS X needs 2, you have an extra OS X partition so you will not be able to use Boot Camp.

Jul 1, 2015 11:34 AM in response to BFCAby Csound1,Move your Mavericks installation to an external drive, repartition the internal back to one OS X installation then you can use Boot Camp.
