Voice Over Feature

I turned the voice over feature on in accessibility and now I can't use my phone, it won't unlock. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3

THat article only tells you how to turn it off. I need help actually accessing my phone becasue the voice over seems to have disabled it all together. I can't answer when people call or unlock my phone, but voice over is reading everything on the screen.
