Unable to find music from itunes

The link is there in the iTunes website, but when I click it to preview it in the iTunes program, it just sends me to the music main page. In short, I can't even see the music outside the website.

The music I wanted to preview is Fubuki (the one from Kantai Collection anime). I'm from Indonesia. Is there some sorta region lock I'm supposed to be aware of or what?
