Yosemite 10.10.4 audio quality worsened

Yosemite 10.10.4 audio quality worsened

Hi all,

i've just install Yosemite 10.10.4 and now when i listening music on iTunes and put the volume level to max the speakers croaks; before with Yosemite 10.10.3 i've never had this problem and the audio quality was fine.

Anyone has the same experience/issue?

Open Audio MHIDI Setup app. found in Utilities and make sure settings are DEFAULT as shown in picture below

Hi PATRICKMELE, i've just checked but the configuration is equal to the photo. However i don't understand if Yosemite 10.10.4 update has effectively changed something at software level or the problem is relate to my rMBP 15" mid 2014.
