I downloaded a TV program and then I saved them in the computer, the extension is MP4 and window player can't open the how can I change the extension to MP3 thamks

i thave tried to convert MP4 to MP3 by click on the right, unfortunately I don't have that choice

i tried the edit-preference but it doesn't come up the choice to download in MP3
