iOS 8.4 email reply from lock screen

I recall having the ability to reply to an email message from the preview in the lock screen. Since upgrading to 8.4 I don't have the option any longer. I have preview set up as well as reply to message in the passcode setting. Anyone else having issue and/or have solution?
