On my IMac getting message "this copy of ITunes is corrupted or is not installed correctly. Please reinstall ITunes (-42037)." Do I have to uninstall first or can I just reinstall? And to reinstall do I just download the current version of iTunes?

iMac (20-inch Early 2008), Mac OS X (10.7.5)
