password reset through email

Hi,

I woke up this morning to get an error msg from icloud that my account had been disabled for security reasons so i cannot receive or send emails.

I think my only option is to reset the password but the reset email goes to some email i which i probably dont own anymore since all my active accounts get no reset instructions. Similar story with the secuirty questions which i do not remeber the answers. It's a really old .mac account.

is there another way to reset my password?

OS X is the latest version and everything is up to date.

imessages, facetime all work fine.
