Syncing issues

I have a new iPhone 6 with iOS 8.3, a new iPad mini with iOS 8.3, and a MacBook Pro with OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 and have been having syncing issues with iCloud between all three. I have checked each device to make sure all settings are correct, so I know that's not the problem.

Just this morning I created a Note on my iPad mini and it synced with my MacBook Pro but NOT with my iPhone 6. I have turned off and back on all 3 devices and the iPhone 6 still doesn't show the Note!

What can I do to resolve this issue.
