iTunes Match no longer has unlimited Radio skips?

Hoping this is a bug and not a feature. Updated iOS to get the new Music app and it seems like Apple Music has removed the ability in iTunes Match to skip as many songs as you like in Radio. Can anyone confirm this or know of a fix if it's a bug?
