iTUnes 12.2 on Win7 - 'For You' and 'New' Disappeared From Main Menu

The 'For You' is the best part of 12.2 and it works fine on my iPhone. The options appeared on the main menu on installation last night but then almost immediately disappeared. 'For You' allows you to choose your music tastes and then creates curated playlists based on interest.

Anyone else experiencing this problem? Any ideas? Tried logging out and logging in, tried a repair installation and have waited over 12 hours from install assuming Apple's servers were busy.
