So my Iphone 5c is dead and when i plugged it in it says it's charging but it's not turning on. I have used two different chargers but still no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Oh, no! I completely understand how frustrating your situation can be.
I would really suggest following these instructions at If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond or doesn't turn on - Apple Support.
I would also recommend gently cleaning out the charging port in your iPhone... sometimes dust and dirt can get caught in there and prevent the device from charging properly.
