Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

All of the sudden, one person cannot email me at my me.com email address.

All of the sudden, one person cannot email me at my me.com email address, or it's aliases at iCloud.com or mac.com. They are getting this error:


Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: FW: TEST

Sent: 7/1/2015 10:29 AM


The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

*******@me.com on 7/1/2015 10:29 AM

The recipient could not be processed because it would violate the security policy in force

<smtp.****.com #0.0.0 smtp,000 0.0.0 Blocked -see https://support.proofpoint.com/dnsbl-lookup.cgi?ip=00.000.000.0:*****@me.com>me.com>

I have had numerous other people test email from around the country from different servers and all have come through with no issues.
