Hello, I ma getting an I Phone 6 from Canada. It was purchased on contract basis with a career and has some nationality lock. Will it work in India or What is the procedure?

No. It's carrier locked. Only the carrier it's locked to can authorize unlocking it. Contact them. As a rule, if you are not a customer of theirs, they won't unlock it.
What about the nationality Lock??
Another thing to consider, you don't have warranty in India with a iPhone bought in Canada.
iPhone warranty is only valid in country of purchase.
There is no such thing as a "nationality lock".

If it is still under the contract, then you will need to pay an early termination fee to end the contract. Next, the phone will need to be unlocked from the current carrier. That would need to be discussed with the current carrier to see if that phone qualifies to be unlocked. Any warranty service is only available in Canada. As for it working in India, you may not be able to use any 4G network. Beyond that I am not sure what other problems you may have. It is always recommended to purchase a phone in the country you plan to use it.

Why in the world would you buy a locked phone? You will NOT be able to use it.

Yes. However, in order to get it unlocked, you will have to pay off the contract or pay an early termination fee to the carrier. If YOU are not the original purchaser of the phone, it's highly unlikely they will unlock it for you. If you are, WHY would you buy a phone under contract if you have no intention of honoring the contract?
