When entering the MasterCard info in my apple music purchase....it says your payment method is declined.....dont understand why this happening....all the info regarding payment and address entered by me is correct

What type of MasterCard it it, credit or debit ? Not all debit cards seem to still be accepted, and may not be accepted at all in some countries.
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are.
Do you have a different card that you could try ?
Contact your credit card company and discuss this with them. They will help you get it sorted out because it is your credit card company that send the decline notice.
