Where do Request to Buy requests go?

So if I am already logged into my phone or have some apps open on my iMac, the Requests to Buy seem to go into the ether. If I log into my phone for another item/notification then I cannot see the Requests to Buy anywhere either. If there are several Requests to Buy, and I go to one, the others disappear as well. Where do they all go? I am tired of asking my daughter to resubmit them time and time again. Where are they queued up for me to look at and address?
